Safeguarding Policy for Empower U:
Disclosure of Information
At Empower U, we are dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for all individuals, particularly young people and grown-up adults, who engage with our services. Our Safeguarding Policy outlines our commitment to protecting vulnerable individuals and ensuring their well-being while interacting with our organization.
Protection of Vulnerable Individuals:
We acknowledge that adults and children may be more vulnerable to hazards both online and offline. We’re determined to act proactively to protect them and make sure they’re safe.
Staff Training and Awareness:
Comprehensive training on safeguarding procedures and identifying clues of abuse or neglect is provided to all employees and volunteers. They possess the expertise and abilities required to react suitably to safeguarding issues.
Code of Conduct:
We uphold a stringent code of behavior for all employees, volunteers, and Empower U associates. This covers standards for proper conduct, setting limits, and dealing with weaker people.
